Expression Through Art offers choice, inspiration and prompts and uses a variety of mediums for self-expression. Creative expression can improve mental and emotional well-being and help manage stress and anxiety. No experience is necessary. Class is drop-in at our center located at 631 E. 19th, Bldg. B, Eugene OR 97401. Join us Mondays from 4:30-5:30pm.
