An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
In this class, we will focus on learning to regulate our nervous systems through natural, gentle and pleasurable movements. We can teach our bodies how to calm or reenergize using the only language it knows, movement.
This class is designed for everyone of every mobility. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. We can bring mats and blankets or you can bring your own.
