An event every week that begins at 1:45 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This mindfulness class helps us to be present and allow thoughts and emotions to come without judgment. Mindfulness can be beneficial for stress, anxiety and depression reduction and can also improve sleep.
Break-even cost for this class is $15.00. Sliding scale is $5.00-$15.00. If you are able to pay more it helps to cover for those who are not able to pay. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
