Our community style full-body acupuncture clinic is individual acupuncture in a group setting using COVID-19 safety measures. Currently we are only scheduling appointments for fully vaccinated participants and you will be required to bring your vaccine card on your initial visit. Nia is a fusion of dance, mindfulness and martial arts blended into a powerful synergistic workout designed for anyone. Nia can help to heal from injury or illness, reduce depression, anxiety and stress and improve mobility and strength, or for those simply looking for a gentle practice.
Dancing Mindfulness meets every 4th Thursday of the month from 7-8:30pm on Zoom. Facilitated by Dawn McIlwain, optional prompts help guide your journey. Combining attitudes of mindfulness with freeform dance, find your own rhythm and activate your inner healing resources. Music includes a variety of world beats and rhythms, electronic, classical and more.
Expression Through Art via offers choice, inspiration and prompts for creative self-expression.
