Frequently Asked Questions

 -Where is the Trauma Healing Project located?
We are located at 631 E. 19th Ave., Bldg. B in Eugene.  The building is at the corner of 19th and Patterson.

-Is parking available at the center?
Minimal parking is available near the inner courtyard.  It is suggested to use street parking on 19th or Patterson while using services unless you require handicapped parking or walking is a challenge.

 -Is there a bus route nearby?
Bus route 28 UO stops at the corner of 19th and Patterson.

 -What are Trauma Healing Project hours?
We currently do no have regular office hours.  We have staff available in person during in-person wellness services (see schedule) and generally staff is available by phone between 11-3 Monday through Friday.

 -Does Trauma Healing Project offer counseling or therapy? 
No, the Trauma Healing Project does not offer counseling or therapy.  We offer wellness services such as acupuncture, yoga and other healing modalities.  We also have a training program that offers trauma informed training for community and professionals. 

 -Are wellness services free at the Trauma Healing Project?
No, we have a sliding fee scale.  Break-even (what it costs us to provide the service) fee for groups and classes is $15.00.  Break-even cost for acupuncture is $30.00.  Fees are important for sustaining our healing arts program and help to cover for someone who needs to pay less. 

 -Do you accept insurance?
No, we are a wellness center and have minimal fees.  We accept cash, check and credit cards.

 -Do you have a sliding scale for wellness services?
Yes, we do offer a sliding scale and partial scholarships are available. 

 -Can any community member use Trauma Healing Project wellness services?
Yes, we are a community resource and welcome all community members. 

 -How do I join the wellness services program?
We require minimal paperwork that can be filled out prior to your first service.  No referral is needed to participate.
